Packages must be consigned to an address where someone can take delivery and sign for it. If no-one is present at this address on delivery, Australia Post will leave a notification card to present at the nearest post office for collection.

FREIGHT CHARGES - Automatic Freight calculations are a general guide. If an increase in freight is necessary you will be advised prior to goods being dispatched. Any automatically calculated overcharge of freight will be adjusted/refunded prior to payment processing
INSURANCE - This service includes insurance for damage or loss in transit. Please contact us immediately to report any damage and retain damaged packaging for inspection.
DELIVERY TIME - Orders are shipped the same day or the next day, we will let you know immediately if there is going to be any delay. Delivery times vary depending on your location and may take from 2 to 5 working days, contact us to follow up if you have not received your delivery within a reasonable time.
